I had driven to Panama City for vacation with the intention of getting a new car. I had the title in my purse, ready to pull the proverbial trigger. I made a list of "must haves" because I had been ... driving my 2004 Dodge, which had no modern features. I also did quite a bit of searching and came up with a list of vehicles that I wanted to test drive. I went to John Lee Mazda first because they were closest to my location. Needless to say, I didn't make it to the other dealerships! Orlando Morales greeted me and showed me several of the CX-5 models. Then came the hard part for Orlando and Mr Lett...I couldn't decide between the Sport, Touring, or Grand Touring. However when I saw that Soul Red Grand Touring with the sunroof and Bose I KNEW that I was in love! But I still went back and forth between the 3 models for so long that I had to return because they were getting ready to close. I went home and researched Mazda. I was not familiar with the brand but from what Orlando had told me, I was already impressed. I was amazed at all of the positive reviews for the cars and company. So, the next day, I got there and I couldn't believe that I was still trying to decide, LOL! Orlando was so patient and NEVER once did he make me feel pressured or badly for taking up so much of his time. Finally, after several hours, I chose my Soul Red Grand Touring. Orlando somehow knew that I would choose that one, which is why he had them detail it and activate the XM radio before the decision was made, LOL! Dealing with Andrew Messina in the finance section was fun, he had me laughing, which most people aren't doing when they are talking about money. We agreed upon everything and I left a happy woman! This was the most positive car buying experience that I have had, and definitely one of the most honest dealers I've ever encountered. Seriously, they made me feel like a friend!

My initial 'soft' inquiry on the website was answered promptly and pleasantly with a swift follow up by Orlando Morales. He took the necessary details that he needed to assure me that he was ... sure that John Lee Maza could meet my exacting specifications. I made an appointment to meet with him and the rest is history. I am a car salesman's worst nightmare, and I usually go into a dealership ready for battle. However, there was no need. This time I was pleasantly surprised and very quickly disarmed. Quiet, pleasant and easy going, Orlando made this purchase of a new CX5 easy and he deleted my need for battle armor. James and Robert made the fine details easy to understand and were equally as pleasant to deal with. No high pressure sales, no theatrics of 'asking my sales manager' over and over again.
